Addis Alemayehou, Chief of Party for IESC's Ethiopia AGOA+ Program, was a featured speaker at the Ethiopian Diaspora Business Forum in July 2011. The AGOA+ Program, implemented through the Volunteers for Economic Growth Alliance, promotes Ethiopian exports under the African Growth and Opportunities Act (AGOA).
